DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

1. We ship against full payment in advance.

2. For Domestic Orders to be delivered within India we use DTDC or Shiprocket mostly. We reserve the right to use a different courier if your pin code is not serviceable by the above.

3. We aim to process the order withing 7 working days and courier will ususally take 2 to 3 days to deliver. Since most of the products are made to order, we will confirm the delivery timeline on receipt of the order.

4. For bulk orders , we will ship trough a cargo company like Safexpress or DTDC cargo mode or GATI or similar depending on the Pincode and serviceable areas of the cargo companies.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

3. We aim to process the order withing 7 working days and courier will ususally take 7 to 8 working days to deliver. Since most of the products are made to order, we will confirm the delivery timeline on receipt of the order.
